Bilingual Project Manager Job Opening in Oklahoma City

Contract project management role opens in Oklahoma City

LHH is recruiting a temporary Bilingual Project Manager for a client in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, as the firm looks to bolster support for a manager overseeing multiple concurrent initiatives. The position requires a candidate who can work onsite during standard Monday through Friday business hours for an expected contract duration of six months.

The role functions as a hands-on coordination point, requiring the successful applicant to manage project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up activities. Because the scope involves cross-functional teams, the project manager will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements while tracking project milestones to ensure initiatives maintain their trajectory.

Professional fluency in both Spanish and English is a core requirement, as the project manager must facilitate communication across teams and participate in meetings conducted in both languages. Beyond language proficiency, the position demands strong administrative skills to organize project documentation, meeting notes, and status updates.

The compensation for this contract is set between $25.00 and $28.00 per hour. Interested candidates are being managed by Jennifer Lansford. LHH notes that associates may be eligible for a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term disability, a 401K plan, and paid leave where required by law.

The company encourages applications from military-connected talent. While the role is ideal for those with experience as a project coordinator or business analyst, LHH will consider entry-level candidates who demonstrate strong technical aptitude and organizational skills.

The hiring process includes adherence to various fair chance ordinances, meaning the company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. For Massachusetts candidates, the company specifies that it is unlawful to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment.
