The six-bedroom property includes three bathrooms and a granny annexe. Removal vans collected her belongings from her former surroundings at Sandringham this week, and engineers have been installing super-fast wifi at the new gated residence.

The return brings her back to England hot on the heels of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who arrived with their children following six years in the United States. While those close to her noted that she hoped to slip back under the radar during the high-profile return of Harry and Meghan, her arrival marks her first time stepping foot in the U.K. in at least seven months.

The homecoming follows a series of major family developments. Less than a month ago, Ferguson welcomed her fifth grandchild when her daughter Princess Eugenie gave birth to a baby girl named Adelaide, whom she shares with her husband Jack Brooksbank alongside their sons Ernest and August.
