Leaving the agency that shaped her career from her teenage years was not an easy decision. In her handwritten letter to fans, Jeongyeon reflected on the emotional weight of stepping away from familiar surroundings.

“Leaving JYP, where I spent a long time together from my teens until now, I am now trying to make a fresh start in a new place. It was scary to leave a familiar place, but I was able to gather courage because of the members and ONCE who believed in me.”
