Air Premia to Resume Incheon to Ho Chi Minh City Service in November 2026

Air Premia will resume its Incheon to Ho Chi Minh City route on November 5, 2026, operating five weekly flights using a Boeing 787-9. The low-cost carrier aims to strengthen North American transfer connections and tap into strong local air cargo demand, marking its return to the route since September 2023.

Low-cost carrier Air Premia is bringing back a key Southeast Asian route after an absence of more than three years.

Flight Schedule and Aircraft Deployment for the Resumed Route

Service is scheduled to begin on November 5, 2026, with a frequency of five flights per week operating on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Departures from Incheon International Airport are scheduled for 6:40 p.m., touching down at Tan Son Nhat International Airport at 11:00 p.m. local time. Return flights leave Ho Chi Minh City at 12:30 a.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays, arriving back at Incheon at 7:40 a.m.

To service the route, Air Premia will deploy a 309-seat Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. The aircraft features wide premium economy seating with added legroom alongside standard economy seats, with in-flight meals and checked baggage included for travelers.

Strategic Network Goals and Cargo Ambitions

The return to Vietnam is not just about point-to-point leisure travel. The carrier intends to leverage the Incheon hub to channel transfer traffic between Ho Chi Minh City and North American destinations, building a broader transit network.

Alongside passenger growth, the airline is targeting the robust regional air cargo market. By utilizing the cargo capacity of the Boeing 787-9 on this high-demand corridor, management seeks to bolster overall freight competitiveness alongside passenger revenue.

Ticket Sales, Launch Discounts, and Regulatory Caveats

Tickets for the restored route become available on the official Air Premia website starting at 10:00 a.m. on August 10, 2026. To promote the relaunch, the airline is offering introductory fare discounts of up to 15% across all seating classes for bookings made through August 17.
