Founders Club Brings $10 Million Facility to West Las Vegas Valley
A high-end gym brand from 24 Hour Fitness is expanding into the Las Vegas market with a $10 million installation.
Founders Club is scheduled to open in early next year at the corner of Sahara Avenue and Fort Apache Road, as reported by KSNV. The location takes over the former site of an Ashley Homestore.
Mark Mastrov, founder of 24 Hour Fitness, pointed to decades of industry experience when describing the scope of the project. I’ve spent my career building thousands of gyms in more than sixty countries,
Mastrov said in a statement provided to KSNV. This location and facility in Las Vegas is something special. Every detail reflects what I’ve learned about what members are actually looking for today.
Inside the 45,000-Square-Foot Layout
Representing a $10 million investment, the facility spans over 45,000 square feet. It divides its floor plan into specialized zones tailored for modern fitness and recovery demands.
Members will find traditional free weights, strength training, a cardio and weight stack area, and a large turf area for functional training. The layout also carves out a specific glute and lower body training area alongside classrooms designated for group fitness disciplines like Zumba and yoga.
Beyond physical exertion, the space emphasizes post-workout recovery. The recovery room features hyperbaric chambers, cold therapy, and red light saunas. A juice bar and social cafe round out the amenities.
Around-the-Clock Access and Community Programming
Operating on a 24-hour schedule seven days a week, the club aims to capture varying schedules across the west valley. Other community offerings are planned as well, such as morning coffee sessions, run clubs and recovery nights.
Pre-opening memberships are currently active, with monthly rates priced between $59.99 and $99.99. While an exact opening date has not yet been announced, prospective members can review sign-up details at FoundersClub24.com.
