Asia Week New York 2027 Trip Offers Exclusive Art Access

Exclusive Itinerary Coincides With Asia Week

The Society for Asian Art has opened registration for a curated travel program to New York City timed to coincide with Asia Week New York 2027, offering members exclusive access to major collections, auctions, and cultural institutions, the Society for Asian Art reported.

Asia Week New York brings together top-tier Asian art specialists, major auction houses, and world-renowned metropolitan museums in a collaborative celebration that draws collectors, curators, and enthusiasts from across the globe. For Society members looking to participate in the upcoming 2027 itinerary, the trip will open for registration in late November and will be announced via email.

Strict Capacity Limits and Payment Terms

The trip flyer will outline a comprehensive program overview, tour highlights, a brief itinerary, and clear instructions for registration and payment. Reservations will be accepted exclusively through an online link, requiring full payment either via a no-fee ACH electronic money transfer or by a major credit card carrying an add-on 3.9 percent processing fee. Participants must also sign a tour agreement with the tour operator, Travel Muse Inc., which includes a release from liability, assumption of risk, and a binding arbitration clause.

Space for the excursion is strictly capped at 20 Society members and is anticipated to fill almost immediately. Acceptance is determined strictly by the earliest sign-up date, and a waiting list will be established once capacity is reached. All confirmed participants must complete a separate Society for Asian Art trip release and waiver of liability agreement, which will be dispatched after Travel Muse confirms participation.

Society Requires Written Notice for Registration Refunds

For those managing cancellations, the Society enforces a policy requiring at least one week’s advance written notice to secure a refund of registration fees, excluding specific travel programs or events carrying a designated refund policy on their respective event pages. Returned fees are issued via a check in the mail. Museum entrance fees for locations within the Asian Art Museum are not covered under the standard registration fee and must be paid separately. Registrants should also note that participation grants consent to the Society for Asian Art to be photographed or videoed.
