Harry Styles Closes Madison Square Garden Residency With 30-Night Banner From Jalen Brunson
Harry Styles brought his Together, Together residency to a close at Madison Square Garden on Oct. 31, wrapping up a run of 30 nights where he called the arena home every Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday for 10 weeks. To mark the final night of the consecutive stretch of shows, New York Knicks point guard Jalen Brunson took the stage to present the singer with a commemorative banner.

Brunson wore a “Techno Is My Boyfriend” hat that Styles has been photographed with, sharing a quick hug with the singer as the audience cheered. The presentation happened during the second night of back-to-back Harryween performances. Earlier in the evening, Styles dressed up as a New York City rat and sang a rendition of “Psycho Killer” by the Talking Heads. On Friday, he donned an Elvis costume before changing into the outfit he wore at his X Factor audition to perform Stevie Wonder’s “Isn’t She Lovely” — the same song that he used to audition for the show.
A Familiar Arena Tradition and Past Honors
The newly awarded banner joins a growing piece of arena history for the artist. Back in 2022, Styles completed a 15-night run at Madison Square Garden and received a commemorative banner during his final show.

“Any time that you come to Madison Square Garden and you see that, remember it’s because of you. That is ours,” Styles told the crowd during his 2022 finale, adding that he planned to sit alone in the empty arena to look at the tribute after everyone left.
Styles revisited that memory this month on the second anniversary of the death of his One Direction bandmate Liam Payne, reflecting on what the arena honors mean to him now. “It means a lot to be able to look up there at my name up there from the last tour,” he said. “There are so many people, friends, and people that I’ve worked with, that I would’ve never been able to do this without.”
Global Scope of the Together, Together Tour
Before planting roots at Madison Square Garden for its multi-week New York residency, the Together, Together tour made international stops in Amsterdam, London, Brazil, and Mexico City. The core theme across the entire run focused on celebrating the shared experience of music and the human connection it sustains. That ethos echoes lyrics from the Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally standout track “Carla’s Song,” where Styles sings, “It’s all waiting there for you.”
