The team announced Friday that it will wear the adidas uniforms for the homecoming matchup.

Homecoming Week Festivities

Leading into Saturday’s contest, the university will host its annual Homecoming Parade and Little Vol Walk on Friday, Nov. 6. The parade begins in front of Fraternity Park and proceeds to Neyland Stadium via Volunteer Boulevard and Peyton Manning Pass, passing the judging booth in front of the Torchbearer statue at Circle Park before turning right onto Peyton Manning Pass to end in front of the stadium.

Game Day Schedule

Gates at Neyland Stadium open at 3:15 p.m. EST, with concessions at half price from 3:15 to 4:15 p.m. The Vol Walk begins at 3:55 p.m. at the Torchbearer statue, while the Pride of the Southland Band starts its march at 4:35 p.m. A pregame flyover featuring the 88th Fighter Training Squadron will take place 38 minutes before kickoff.

Volunteer Boulevard from east Andy Holt Avenue through Pat Head Summitt Street to Lake Loudoun Boulevard will close to vehicles for roughly 30 minutes starting five minutes before the Vol Walk begins, to accommodate the Vol Walk and band march. UT Police will increase their presence and actively manage traffic on the west side of campus near the UT Institute of Agriculture, including Lots G11 and G17 and the Volunteer Boulevard area, where Fort Sanders parking will be split into three zones, and Knoxville Police will assist with postgame traffic flow.

Truly’s Tailgate outside Gate 9 will run from 2:15 p.m. until the third quarter. Volunteer Village, a Toyota presentation on the Humanities Plaza, opens at 2:45 p.m. offering live music, food trucks, games and activities to ticketed and non-ticketed fans alike. Tailgate Tennessee sets up in Circle Park and the Summitt Blue Lawn beginning at noon, while drop-off lanes operate from 11:15 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.

The procession moves down Peyton Manning Pass, turns left onto Phillip Fulmer Way and enters via Gate 21A. The band marches from Pat Head Summitt Street, turns left onto Volunteer Boulevard, continues down Johnson-Ward Pedestrian Mall and enters at Gate 25. The Salute to the Hill occurs where Volunteer Boulevard meets Johnson-Ward Pedestrian Mall. The flyover comes from the 88th Fighter Training Squadron at Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita County, Texas, while a pregame light show and in-game strobe lighting illuminate the stadium.
