480 Young Athletes, 24 Teams: Delfina USA Champions Cup Lands in Las Vegas
Starting Friday, November 6, roughly 480 young water polo players will converge on Las Vegas for the 2026 Delfina USA Champions Cup. USA Water Polo reports the three-day national tournament will field approximately 24 teams. Every athlete is 14 years old or younger. The scale strikes immediately: nearly five hundred competitors across two divisions in a single weekend.
A June-Opened Pool Gets Its First National Test
This year’s edition changes address. The tournament moves to the Pavilion Center Pool at 101 S Pavilion Center Dr, an outdoor facility that opened its doors this past June. USA Water Polo noted the event will be among the earliest major competitions held at the venue, placing the new pool under a national spotlight almost as soon as the gates opened.
14-and-Under, 8th Grade or Below
The competition runs November 6 through 8 and splits into two divisions, one for girls and one for boys. Each covers players ages 14 and under who are in 8th grade or below.
$25 Weekends, Free for Kids 10 and Under
For families, the pricing draws a clear line. A weekend pass costs $25, a single-day pass runs $12, and children 10 and under get in free. Tickets are available online only; there is no box office at the gate. The contrast matters: a family with two young siblings might spend $50 for the full weekend, while a day-tripper pays less than half that.
Every Game Streams; Stats in Real Time
For those who cannot attend in person, every match streams live through Game On Live Studio across all three days, USA Water Polo said. Live statistics for every match will also be available courtesy of 6-8 Sports, letting followers track scores and player stats in real time without being courtside.
The Unanswered Question: How the New Pool Holds Up
What is known is the draw: 480 athletes, 24 teams, and a new pool waiting to prove itself.
