The Atlanta Falcons are facing continued availability issues at multiple positions as they begin preparations for a Week 8 trip to face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Three players who missed the previous game remained sidelined during Wednesday’s practice, including running back Brian Robinson, inside linebacker Divine Deablo, and defensive back Billy Bowman Jr.
According to the Wednesday injury report, Robinson and Bowman Jr. are both dealing with hamstring injuries, while Deablo is sidelined with a forearm injury.
Zaccheaus and Terrell Return to Limited Practice
While three starters were non-participants, two other players who missed Week 7 returned to practice on a limited basis. Wide receiver Olamide Zaccheaus, who previously missed time with a shoulder injury, and cornerback Avieon Terrell, who had been dealing with an illness, both participated in a limited capacity.
The return of Terrell is noted as particularly significant for the Falcons’ secondary, providing necessary depth if Bowman Jr. is unable to return to full health before the matchup in Tampa Bay.
Recent Performance With Depth Players
The Falcons are coming off a victory against the San Francisco 49ers, a game in which they were without Robinson, Deablo, Bowman Jr., Zaccheaus, and Terrell. During that contest, the team relied on depth players to fill critical roles.

Khalil Herbert was elevated to the game day roster to serve as backup to Bijan Robinson, contributing impactful carries on drives that resulted in points. Kendal Daniels stepped in as the "green dot" for the defensive unit in Deablo's absence, leading the group to one of its best performances and making a play that secured the win.
