Info Edge Q2 FY27 Standalone Billings Rise to ₹822.3 Crore Ahead of Earnings Release
Info Edge (India) Ltd has reported preliminary standalone billings of ₹822.3 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, marking a 12.8% increase from ₹729.0 crore during the same period a year earlier. This early operational update gives investors a window into customer spending trends across the company’s core internet platforms before official financial statements are published.
The provisional figures arrive just ahead of a scheduled board meeting on October 28, 2026. During this session, directors will consider unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for both the September quarter and the first half of fiscal year 2027. The board will also weigh a potential interim dividend for FY27, with a conditional shareholder record date set for November 6, 2026, should the payout receive formal approval.
Recruitment Solutions Drive Segment Growth
Recruitment solutions remained the largest contributor to Info Edge’s standalone operations through the Naukri platform and associated services. That segment generated billings of ₹613.8 crore in Q2 FY27, representing a 12.6% increase over the ₹545.0 crore recorded in Q2 FY26. Management noted that underlying growth was roughly 14% to 15% year-on-year once adjusted for differences in customer renewal timing.
Meanwhile, the 99acres real estate bookings platform accelerated its growth trajectory. Billings for 99acres climbed 21.2% year-on-year in the September quarter, outpacing the 16.5% annual growth rate registered in Q1 FY27. While Info Edge did not disclose an absolute monetary value for 99acres billings in this preliminary release, the acceleration broadens the company’s operational momentum beyond core recruitment.

Info Edge Billings Rise 13.5% in First Half
Across the first six months of FY27 ending September 30, 2026, Info Edge’s standalone billings rose 13.5% to ₹1,559.3 crore, compared to ₹1,373.2 crore for the first half of FY26. While these provisional metrics outline steady double-digit expansion, billings remain operational indicators rather than verified net revenue or profit.
The upcoming board disclosures will clarify how these operational gains translated into reported revenue, operating expenses, and cash flow. Investors tracking the company’s capital return policy will also look to the October 28 meeting for definitive word on the FY27 interim dividend, following a final dividend of ₹3.60 per share declared on May 22, 2026.
