The Masters Tournament is hosting an in-person job expo on Thursday, Nov. 12, giving prospective workers a direct line to tournament representatives in Augusta (postandcourier.com reported). The event runs from 3 to 6 p.m. at the HUB for Community Innovation, located at 631 Chafee Ave., and is open to the public for attendees wanting to speak with the Masters team and learn about available opportunities.
Apply Online for April Tournament Staff Roles
In addition to the expo, the annual golf tournament is accepting applications to work at the 2027 Masters Tournament through Dec. 1. Candidates can learn more and submit an application online. The tournament is looking to fill April roles across concessions, hospitality, and merchandise. Applicants are limited to applying for a single position.
To qualify, applicants must be at least 16 years of age before their first day of employment, be eligible to work in the United States, and successfully pass a background check. Most roles require 10 to 14 hours of work per day, and the majority of positions involve long periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Submitted applications will be reviewed, and candidates moving forward will receive an email invitation to complete an online interview.

Receive Offer Letters Starting in Mid-December
Employment at the Masters requires mandatory availability to work all specified dates, which include the Augusta National Women’s Amateur on April 3, the Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals on April 4, and tournament week from April 5 through April 11. Workers will be compensated with pay rates that vary by position.
According to jobs.masters.com, selected applicants will receive offer letters via email beginning in mid-December and continuing through March 2027.
