Samsung Galaxy S26 FE and New A-Series Models Surface on Google Play Console

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S26 FE, along with the Galaxy Tab S12+ and entry-level Galaxy A08 and A07s models, has appeared on Google’s Play Console and international certification databases.

Samsung is quietly preparing a fresh wave of hardware releases, with multiple unreleased devices surfacing across certification platforms and Google’s developer databases. According to a report by The Tech Outlook, written by Sucharita Ganguly and edited by Rohan Pal on August 13, 2026, the trio of devices have reportedly appeared on Google’s Play Console Supported Devices list. Among the spotted hardware are the Galaxy S26 FE, a high-end tablet, and a pair of budget-focused additions to the A-series lineup.

Google Play Console Listings and Global Model Numbers

The Galaxy S26 FE has cleared major pre-release hurdles, appearing on the Google Play Console following a previous Federal Communications Commission filing. Regional tracking reveals five distinct regional variations under the “r14s” codename. International markets are assigned the model number SM-S741B, while South Korea receives the SM-S741N variant. North American consumers will see the SM-S741U for carriers, SM-S741U1 for unlocked models, and SM-S741W for Canada.

Alongside the flagship FE model, Google’s developer lists captured the entry-level Galaxy A08 (model SM-A085F) and the Galaxy A07s (model SM-A077M). While the A07s features the “a07ve” codename, both budget phones rely on the MediaTek Helio G99 chip.

Processor Configurations and Technical Specifications

Technical details for the hardware ecosystem show clear segmentation between flagship and entry-level tiers. The Galaxy S26 FE shifts away from previous processor configurations, adopting the deca-core Samsung Exynos 2500 3nm processor paired with the Samsung Xclipse 950 graphics unit. The console hardware configures the device with 8GB of RAM and a 1,080 x 2,340 pixel display.

Detailed specifications from mobile technology enthusiast Srivatsan Sridhar indicate the phone comes in Graphite (dark gray), Pistachio (light green), and Blueberry (light blue) colors with a changed camera deco. The display features sleek bezels with a slightly thicker bottom bezel and a flat Armor Aluminum frame. It includes a 6.7-inch FHD+ Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness reaching up to 1,900 nits. Power is supplied by a 4,900mAh silicon-carbon battery—first used in the Galaxy Z Fold8 series and Z Flip8 phones—supporting 45W wired fast charging, 15W wireless charging, and wireless power share. The device also features a 50MP rear camera with f/1.8 aperture and OIS, a 12MP 123˚ Ultra Wide sensor with f/2.2 aperture, an 8MP Telephoto camera with OIS and 3X Optical Zoom with f/2.4 aperture, and a 12MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture. Additional specifications include Android 17 with One UI 9, Dual SIM, water resistance (IP68), USB Type-C audio, stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos, an in-display fingerprint scanner, 7.4 mm thickness, 193 g weight, 5G SA/NSA, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6E 802.11ax (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.4, GPS + GLONASS, USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1, and NFC.

In the budget category, the A-series devices take a different path. The A08 utilizes the MediaTek MT6789V/CD chip—an LTE-only component already used in the Galaxy A07 4G and featured on the upcoming Galaxy A18 4G as well—yet curiously lists up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. The A07s features the same Helio G99 processor with only 4GB of RAM. Both the A08 and A07s will feature standard 720 x 1,600 pixel displays.

Galaxy Tab S12 Plus Certification Rollout

Tablet buyers are getting a new option as well. The Galaxy Tab S12+ has surfaced across multiple connectivity and regulatory databases in both Wi-Fi and 5G configurations. The Wi-Fi model is reportedly listed as SM-X840 with the gts12pwifi codename.
