Zelenskyy Criticizes Partners for Lack of Missile Strike Warnings

Five Russian ballistic missiles struck Kyiv without prior intelligence alerts from international partners on Tuesday evening, prompting criticism from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

The sudden barrage triggered explosions shortly after 10 p.m. local time, catching residents off guard because no air raid alert warned of a ballistic missile attack before the blasts occurred, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Intelligence data about the launch of ballistic missiles helps save lives and this is one of the most critical issues, Zelenskyy wrote in a social media statement on Tuesday morning, emphasizing that early warnings are essential to preventing civilian casualties during aerial bombardments.
