Delaware Nation Industries Expands Greene County Footprint to Support Wright-Patterson Contracts

Delaware Nation Industries and Investments is expanding its operations in Beavercreek, Ohio, creating 125 new jobs to accommodate growing federal contracting demands at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, JobsOhio reported. The expansion increases the company’s local workforce by nearly 50 percent, positioning engineering, cybersecurity, and logistics teams directly alongside key defense customers.

Operating as a wholly owned family of businesses under the Delaware Nation, the enterprise provides specialized federal and commercial services spanning enterprise IT, research and development, and construction. This latest growth phase capitalizes on incentive programs designed to attract qualified technical talent to the Dayton region while securing a dependable revenue stream for the Delaware Nation.

Strategic Alignment With Wright-Patterson Air Force Base

The Beavercreek expansion places technical teams within immediate reach of major defense commands in southwest Ohio. According to JobsOhio President and CEO J.P. Nauseef, the move reflects clear confidence in the region’s capacity to deliver what technology firms need to thrive.

Delaware Nation Industries & Investments’ expertise across enterprise IT, cybersecurity, research and development, and other specialized federal services makes it a valuable contributor to our nation’s defense and technology capabilities, said Greene County Director of Development Jason Foster. The company’s expansion in Greene County will bring new high-quality jobs and create meaningful opportunities for local talent while reinforcing our region’s position as a hub for defense and technology innovation.

The collaborative economic development effort involved Greene County, the Dayton Development Coalition, and JobsOhio. These agencies worked directly with corporate leadership to secure the footprint needed for scaled operations.

Technical Roles Expand Across National Offices

The new roles target high-demand technical disciplines, including engineering, information technology, cybersecurity, logistics, and mission support services. David Southall II, Director of Operations, emphasized that state incentive programs provide critical backing for attracting and retaining skilled professionals.

Operating nationally with headquarters in Oklahoma City and regional offices spanning the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, San Antonio, Las Vegas, Tulsa, and Augusta, the firm maintains rigorous operational standards. Entities within the DNI portfolio maintain certifications including ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security management, ISO 9001:2015 for quality management, CMMI-SVC Level III appraisals, and CMMC level 2 (C3PAO) cybersecurity compliance. These credentials allow the tribally owned prime contractors to compete effectively for complex, highly regulated federal awards.
