Revolve Commercial Real Estate Purchases U.S. 421 Industrial Site

Industrial Building on U.S. 421 Sells for Nearly $3.8M in Wilmington

Moving company Miracle Movers Inc. has sold its more than 32,000-square-foot office and warehouse space at 5228 U.S. 421 N. for $3.78 million, WilmingtonBiz reported. The transaction closed with a deed recorded on October 20, shifting ownership of a site that the moving company originally purchased in 2019 for $1.75 million.

The property sits on a 2.8-acre site that features ample rear acreage designated for potential future development or outdoor storage. Real estate marketing materials for the listing describe the address as a rare investment opportunity situated along one of Southeastern North Carolina’s most dynamic industrial corridors.

Inside the Buyer’s Strategy for Southeastern North Carolina

According to the recorded deed, 5228 Wilmington LLC—an entity registered to Taylor Nuccitelli—purchased the property. Nuccitelli serves as the president of Revolve Commercial Real Estate, a Raleigh-based real estate investment firm.

“We’re a value-add industrial real estate company, and so we’re looking at investing in markets with strong trends, that being Wilmington and North Carolina at large,” Nuccitelli said.

Revolve specializes in acquiring, managing, and enhancing industrial and retail properties across strategic locations. Last year, the firm purchased its first building in the Wilmington market, acquiring a 15,000-square-foot industrial flex building at 321 Raleigh St. for $2.6 million. The company’s regional portfolio also spans industrial properties in Winston-Salem, Charlotte, Fayetteville, and Rocky Mount.

“There’s a really well-defined supply and (it’s) in industrial corridors where there’s … freeway access,” he noted. “There’s not a massive hodgepodge of industrial all over the place.”

What Next for Miracle Movers and the U.S. 421 Corridor

Despite the change in building ownership, daily operations at the site will remain uninterrupted. Miracle Movers currently occupies the entire building and has signed a five-year lease to stay in the space, which includes a few extension options.

The 5228 U.S. 421 N. property is strategically positioned near key regional logistics infrastructure, sitting close to the entrance of the New Hanover County Landfill and approximately one mile south of Amazon’s recently opened robotics fulfillment center and Pender Commerce Park.
