South Florida Polling Places Relocated Due to Election Day Flooding
Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2026, across South Florida, as flooding led to the relocation of polling places in St. Lucie, Palm Beach, Indian River, and Okeechobee counties. Polls are open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m.

For voters, the changes require adjustments. In St. Lucie County, Precinct 12 moved from the Fort Pierce Masonic Lodge to Precinct 25 at the Days Inn Midtown at 3224 S US Hwy 1 in Fort Pierce. Further north in the county, Oak Hammock K-8 School precincts (49 and 71) and Disabled American Veterans Hall precinct (51) were redirected to Precinct 45 at the Port St. Lucie Community Center located at 2195 SE Airoso Blvd.
Additional St. Lucie adjustments include St. Lucie West Centennial High School precincts (67 and 86) moving to the MIDFlorida Credit Union Event Center at 9221 S.E. Event Center Place. The Brennity at Tradition precinct (92) shifted to Tradition Town Hall at 10799 SW Civic Lane, while Indian River State College Veterans Center of Excellence precincts (85 and 95) also landed at the MIDFlorida Credit Union Event Center. Meanwhile, Renaissance Business Park precincts (6 and 28) moved to the Havert L. Fenn Center at 2000 Virginia Ave in Fort Pierce.
Palm Beach, Martin, and Treasure Coast Shifts
In Palm Beach County, election officials relocated two key sites. The Casa Rio Clubhouse at 3000 Casa Rio Court in Riviera Beach moved to RB Preparatory and Achievement Academy at 7071 Garden Road. Ironhorse Country Club at 8055 Ironhorse Blvd. in West Palm Beach shifted to the North County Senior Center at 5217 Northlake Blvd. in Palm Beach Gardens.
In Martin County, Precinct 2 voters faced a relocation after flooding at Grace Presbyterian Church at 1875 NW Britt Rd in Stuart. Those ballots are now being cast at the Martin County Supervisor of Elections Office at 135 SE Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd in Stuart. Signage will be posted at the affected polling location to direct voters to the new site.
Indian River County saw Precinct 7 move out of the Sebastian Church of God at 281 Delaware Avenue to Precinct 8 at the Sebastian Elks Lodge No. 2714 at 731 South Fleming Street. Morning Star Church voters (Precinct 26) are heading to the Intergenerational Recreation Center (iG Center) Room 112 at 1590 9th Street SW in Vero Beach. Further inland, Okeechobee County redirected Precinct 10 voters away from the flooded parking lot at Fort Drum Community Church over to High Point Church (Precinct 1) at 4550 N HWY 441.
Polls remain open across all affected districts until 7 p.m.
