Zac Brown Band and Lady A to Headline Inaugural Moon Crush Sunshine Live in Orlando
When the Moon Crush destination music festival brand expands to Orlando next spring, it will bring a tightly capped crowd of just 4,000 guests to a brand-new open-air venue. MusicRow magazine reported that the inaugural Moon Crush “Sunshine Live” event, presented by The Marriott Vacation Club, is scheduled for April 23–24, 2027, at Grande Lakes Orlando.
Headliners Zac Brown Band and Lady A top a six-act bill that also includes Colbie Caillat, Drake White, The Castellows, and the Nashville Yacht Club Band. JamBase noted that the two-night gathering takes place on green space adjacent to Marriott’s Lakeshore Reserve, utilizing an outdoor venue designed to accommodate 4,000 guests.
Resort Integration and the Cove Experience
The event model relies heavily on proximity and convenience. Grande Lakes Orlando spans a luxury resort campus featuring Marriott’s Lakeshore Reserve, The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, and JW Marriott Orlando. Festival organizers from Topeka designed the grounds to eliminate traditional bottlenecks by placing the concert site within a short walk of guest rooms.
Rather than standing in massive lines for food and drinks, attendees utilize Topeka’s signature reserved “Coves.” These semi-private, home-base areas allow groups to come and go without losing their spots. Guests can order food and beverages directly from their phones for delivery to their Cove within minutes.

The event will also introduce Private Sunset Suites accommodating up to 10 guests. These hospitality options target corporate groups, private parties, and families seeking an upgraded, reserved space.
Scheduling Overlaps in Florida
The Orlando weekend falls on the exact same dates as Topeka’s established flagship event, Moon Crush Pink Moon, which returns to Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida, for its fifth year from April 23–25, 2027. While Sunshine Live features the Zac Brown Band and Lady A, the simultaneously running Pink Moon festival boasts a separate lineup topped by The Avett Brothers, Nathaniel Rateliff, Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, and Brandi Carlile.
Owners across the entire Marriott Vacation Clubs portfolio—including Marriott Vacation Club, Sheraton Vacation Club, and Westin Vacation Club—receive early access to ticket packages. A general presale for Sunshine Live begins Thursday, October 29.
