ZBT Launches Dover Days Career Development Program for Undergraduates

Undergraduate brothers looking to turn a college affiliation into a post-graduation career path will face career development programming this spring, as Zeta Beta Tau outlines its upcoming Dover Days schedule. Landing an entry-level job or a competitive internship takes far more than a standard diploma, and the fraternity’s leadership is leaning on internal networks to bridge that gap.

Imposes Chapter Quotas for Engagement

Zeta Beta Tau announced that this year’s Dover Days will center heavily on career development, professional advancement, and practical workplace preparation. According to ZBT, the multi-session program is designed to help undergraduate members thrive in corporate and professional environments through targeted résumé reviews, networking skill workshops, personal branding strategies, and mock interview practice.

The fraternity has structured attendance with strict local chapter quotas to ensure baseline engagement. All established chapters and prospective chapters must send at least four brothers to a Dover Day event. Two of those attending brothers must currently serve on the local Executive Board in any capacity. Chapters can select the specific date and location that best fits their academic calendar.

Schedules February Sessions with Alumni Mentors

The organization has scheduled four distinct regional sessions across two separate Fridays in February. Two sessions will take place on February 20, followed by two additional sessions on February 27. Each event runs for approximately five hours, spanning from 1:00 p.m. to local evening hours at 6:00 p.m. Specific host locations remain to be announced by national headquarters.

To bolster the networking component, ZBT is actively recruiting alumni volunteers to attend the February sessions. Alumni mentors are asked to speak directly with current undergraduates and join the chapters for lunch during the afternoon programming, providing real-world insight into specific industries and career trajectories.
