State House Collaboration and the Stewardship of Vermont
The culture and traditions of Vermont have long been forged by its people and their deep relationships with the environment. Kindness, public service, hard work, community engagement, and a humble independence define this spirit. Representative Chris Pritchard embodies this character through his ongoing service.
Representative Pritchard began his work in Montpelier for the 2025–2026 legislative session after being elected in 2024. Long before entering the State House, Pritchard served Vermont through everyday community actions, whether helping a neighbor, teaching hunter safety courses, or attending local gatherings.
The 2025–2026 Legislative Session in Montpelier
Working alongside colleagues on the House Environment Committee, Pritchard has earned a reputation for deep dedication and steady listening during difficult deliberations and policy development. State Representative Mike Tagliavia of Orange-1 highlighted these contributions in a recent submission.

Representative Pritchard is not only the kindest legislator I have met, but he also cares deeply about his communities, the people, and all of Vermont. He is dedicated in his work, and his ability to listen and connect with anyone has made him incredibly valuable in the State House through our sometimes difficult deliberations and development of policy.
Communication, collaboration, and respect remain essential as lawmakers sort through complex legislation on behalf of Vermonters. Pritchard utilizes these skills to bring people and ideas together, helping move the state forward in alignment with Vermont’s motto of Freedom and Unity.
Ballot Consideration for the Coming Term
As voters prepare to fill out their ballots, supporters point to Pritchard’s proven track record of patience, kindness, and hard work. His bravery and understanding of the issues at hand have allowed him to effectively represent his constituents and ensure local voices are heard in Montpelier.
